chart for the project. Monthly construction photographs for February were previously
transmitted. Please note that this Application for Payment includes reduction of
retainage according to the Contract Documents to len percent (10%) of sixty percent
(60%) of the Contract Value.

ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED
by Commissioner Stanbridge., the Board
unanimously approved release of Payment #16 to
Indian River Industrial Contractors, Inc. in the
amount of $326,311.87, including the reduction in
retainage; allowed for a reduction in retainage (5%)
on subsequent contractor pay requests pursuant to
the guidelines outlined in the contract documents,
Section 500, Article 5, Progress Payments, with a
5% retainage being held for the remainder of the
work until such time that final completion has been
achieved and the County has approved all required
documents; and authorized the Chairman to execute
the necessary documents; all as recommended by
staff.
