SEBASTIAN RIVER WATER CONTROL DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting of the landowners of the Sebastian
River Water Control District will beheld at the Vero Beach Community Center, 2266 - 14th Avenue,
Vero Beach, Florida, at 10:00 o'clock, A.M., on Wednesday, June 7. 2000. A supervisor of said
District will be elected at this meeting to fill a term expiring. Matters to be discussed at the meeting
will include the annual budget and such other business may be transacted as shall validly come
before the meeting. p

Annual Meeting of Landowners of
SEBASTIAN RIVER WATER CONTROL DISTRICT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned landowner of Sebastian
River Water Control District hereby" constitutes and appoints
or, if no one is named, the Chairman of the Board of
Supervisors shall serve as the true and lawful attorney and proxy of the undersigned, to attend and
represent the undersigned at the annual meeting of the landowners of Sebastian River Water Control
District to be held on the 7th day of June, 2000, and for and on behalf of the undersigned to vote on
any questions, proposition or resolution, or any other matter or thing which may come before said
meeting, or any adjournment or adjournments thereof, according to the number of acres owned by
the undersigned landowner within the District which the undersigned would be entitled to vote if
personally present, and the undersigned hereby gives and grants unto said attorneys and proxies, or
either of them, full power of substitution and revocations, hereby confirming all that said attorneys
and proxies shall do in the premises by virtue hereof.
