WHEREAS, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners, at its regular meeting on November
9, 1993, adopted Ordinance 93-34, which amends County Code Section 101.05 to authorize the County
Administrator or his designee, after proper coordination with interested entities, to execute releases of side or rear
lot easements that are found to serve no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENT(S) IS EXECUTED on behalf of the Board of

Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the
following described easements:
to release the common three (3) Joot drainage and utility easements on the northside of Lot 10 and the
southside of Lot 8 of Tropical Village Estates Unit 2, Block 16, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 5, Page 65 of the Public Record of Indian River County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed in its name by its Administrator
