RE: SHIP funds set aside for match for the HUD Application
Dear Ms. Hubbard:
Please be advised that on May 23, 2000, the Board of County Commissioners approved a SHIP funds
set aside of $200,000.00 to be used as a match for a HUD transitional housing application. The
SHIP funds may be used for downpayment/closing costs and rehabilitation assistance associated with
homes for previously homeless families who have graduated from transitional housing to acquire
permanent affordable housing.
