These funds shall be used to implement a criminal History Improvement Program under National Criminal History Info Program. A copy of the approved subclrant application with the above referenced project number and title is enclosed for your file. All correspondence with the Department should always refer to the project number and title. Your attention is directed to Section H of the subgrant which is the ""Acceptance and Agreement". These conditions should be reviewed carefully by those persons responsible for project administration to avoid delays in project completion and cost reimbursements. The enclosed certificate of Acceptance should be completed and returned to the Department within 30 calendar days from the date of award. Once a determination has been made regarding the hardware and software to be purchased, a revised ADP Equipment Form must be submitted to the Department of Communmity Affairs for approval.
