According to information provided by Indian River County, the job classifications listed in the RA Petition are the appropriate classifications and embrace the job classifications listed in the RC Petition of June 20, 2000. On July 11, 2000, Indian River County Emergency Services District Board of Commissioners approved its staff recommendation as follows:. Staff' recommends that the Board approve the Teamsters recognition acknowledgment petition and authorize County Administrator James E. Chandler to execute the petition on behalf of the County (District) wheal it is finalized and ready for submission to P.E.R.C. for consideration.
