Over/Under Pricing: Excess Volumes will be priced at FGT Z3 Midpoint + $ 0.01 per therm. Surplus Volumes will be priced at
FGT Z3 Midpoint - $ -0.01 per therm. Sellbacks cannot exceed the weighted average contract price charged in a delivery period.
Pass Through: Plus All cost (including but not limited to, transport, fuel, and market index premium) to Delivery Point.
Operation Flow Orders: During periods of OFO's, Buyer may be required to limit usage to the average daily base load volume,
additional gas may be bought/sold at market price.
Renewal: Upon contract expiration and prior to a new contract being agreed to by both buyer and seller, the default rate shall be
I.F.-FGT Zone 3 plus $ 0.02 per therm, Plus all pass through.
Cancelation: Either Party may cancel this Transaction Confirmation with at least a 60 -day written notice prior to "Delivery Period
End."
