Marine, Esq. 979 Beachland Boulevard Vero Beach, Florida 32963 RELEASE AND TERMINATION OF EASEMENT THIS RELEASE AND TERMINATION OF EASEMENT, executed this _ day of September, 2000, by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address is 1840 25`h Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, hereinafter called the GRANTOR and INDIAN RIVER CLUB, LTD., a Florida limited partnership, whose post office address is 800 Carolina Circle, SW, Vero Beach, Florida 32962, hereinafter called the GRANTEE, WITNESSETH THAT: WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner and holder of a certain drainage and utility easement, as set forth in that certain Grant of Easement dated December 23, 1991 and recorded in Official Record Book 919, Page 2112, as assigned to Grantor by that certain Assignment of Easements dated October 13, 1993 and recorded in Official Record Book 995, Page 516, all of the public records of Indian River County, Florida, over and across the following described property situate in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: SEE SCHEDULE "A" ATTACHED HERETO WHEREAS, Grantor desires to release, relinquish and terminate the Grant of Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and for other good and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby release, terminate and discharge the easement as contained in the Grant of Easement dated December 23, 1991 and recorded in Official Record Book 919, Page 2112, as assigned to Grantor by that certain Assignment of Easements dated October 13, 1993 and recorded in Official Record Book 995, Page 516 , all of the public records of Indian River County, Florida. TO HAVE, AND TO HOLD the same, unto the Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, freed, and discharged of and from the said easement.
