As provided by the Tariff, Customer shall be liable for all capital expenses incurred by BellSouth in provisioning the BellSouth Centrex service, which expenses shall not exceed an amount equal to the cancellation charges provided in the Tariff. BellSouth also offers a "Satisfaction Guarantee" with BellSouth Centrex service, as described in the Tariff. if Customer wishes to exercise the Satisfaction Guarantee, written notification must be provided to BellSouth within ninety (90) days of the effective billing dale of this Order. 'Phis Order is effective when executed by the Customer and accepted by BellSouth, and is subject to and controlled by the provisions of BellSouth's lawfully filed tariffs, including any changes therein as may be made from time to time.
