You are directed to make the following changes in the Contract Documents:
Description: Update the material in the restroom to cultured marble per the Architect's response to
move forward per plan over the allowance to install Pompeii Quartz. Other costs increases were seen
between a quote and executed Contract for a metal ladder and the HVAC system.
Reason for Change Order: This Change Order provides full compensation to the Contractor for all work,
materials, and labor as detailed above.
