This Amendment shall be effective as of April 29, 2025 (the "Amendment Effective Date"), PREAMBLE WHEREAS, CCIRH and Agency entered into that certain Sponsorship Services Agreement dated as of February 10, 2025 ("Agreement") pursuant to which CCIRH agrees to sponsor the Agency's events, as more fully set forth in the Agreement. WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement to revise the sponsorship dates and modify the financial terms of the Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth below, the parties agree as follows: A. "Exhibit A" of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety by "Exhibit A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. B. Capitalized Terms, Ratification, No Other Changes. All capitalized terms not specifically defined herein shall have the same meaning as defined within the Agreement. This Amendment does not, and shall not be construed to modify any terns or condition of the Agreement other than those specific terms and conditions expressly referenced in this Amendment. Except as herein provided, the Agreement is hereby ratified in full and shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Agreement and this Amendment, the terms and conditions set forth in this Amendment shall control. C. Execution. This Amendment constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of the parties enforceable in accordance with its terns. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Amendment may be made by facsimile or other electronic transmission. Any such counterpart or signature pages sent by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be deemed to be written and signed originals for all purposes, and copies of this Amendment containing one or more signature pages that have been delivered by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall constitute enforceable original documents. To request paper copies from CCF - Florida Marketing To request delivery from us of paper copies of the notices and disclosures previously provided by us to you electronically, you must send us an email to rassir@ccf.org and in the body of such request you must state. your email address, full name, mailing address, and telephone number. We will bill you for any fees at that time, if any. To withdraw your consent with CCF - Florida Marketing To inform us that you no longer wish to receive future notices and disclosures in electronic format you may: L decline to sign a document from within your signing session, and on the subsequent page, select the check -box indicating you wish to withdraw your consent, or you may; ii. send us an email to rassir@ccf.org and in the body of such request you must state your email, full name, mailing address, and telephone number. We do not need any other information from you to withdraw consent.. The consequences of your withdrawing consent for online documents will be that transactions may take a longer time to process..
