THIS QUIT -CLAIM DEED, executed this 18th day of November, 2025, by INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is
1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 ("Grantor") to THE COUNTRY CLUB POINTE DOCK
ASSOCIATION., a Florida not for profit corporation, whose mailing address is 3004 Golfview
Drive, Vero Beach, FL 32960 ("Grantee").
WITNESSETH:
That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), in hand paid by
Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable
consideration, does hereby quit -claim unto Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which Grantor has in and to the following described lot,
piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Indian River, State of Florida,
to -wit:
Being a parcel of partially submerged lands laying in the Re -Plat of Country Club
Pointe Unit 1, Recorded at Plat Book 4, Page 11. Said parcel being more
particularly identified and labeled "Canal" as shown on said plat.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused these presents to be executed in its
name by its Board of County Commissioners acting by the Chair of said board and sealed these
presents the day and year first above written.
