Lieske, Director of Utility Services Appointment of Interim Designees to Execu Utilities -Related Documents Pursuant to the authority delegated to me per Resolution No. 2015-049, in my absence, I appoint Richard Meckes, Assistant Director, as interim designee for purposes of signing certain utilities -related documents outlined in said Resolutions. I also appoint Richard Meckes as interim designee for purposes of signing all invoices over $10,000.00 and any other financial matters relating to the Department of Utility Services and the Solid Waste Disposal District. For purposes of signing all non- financial documents relating to the Department of Utility Services and the Solid Waste Disposal District, I also appoint Rich as interim designee. The duration of these appointments is from November 24, through and including December 3, 2025. 1 will be back in the office on December 4, 2025.
