RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - 078
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
RELEASING AN EASEMENT ON 5380 95'h STREET
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a conservation easement located on 5380
95th Street (LOT 9 OF THE RIVER BOAT CLUB SUBDIVISION; AS RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 14, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY); and
WHEREAS, Charles and Sharon King, the owner of 5380 95' Street, have made application
to Indian River County requesting that the County release the easement; and
WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and
interest that it may have in the following described easement(s):
To release the entire 10 -foot -wide conservation easement shown on Lot 9 of The River Boat
Club subdivision, less and except any portion of the access & drainage easement located on the
northern portion of lot 9 as shown on the recorded plat.
This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner F 1 e s the r , seconded
by Commissioner Adams , and adopted on the 9th day of December , 2025,
by the following vote:
