A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
RELEASING THE SURFACE DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON
4520, 4540, AND 4560 77th STREET
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a surface drainage easement located on
4520, 4540, and 4560 77`h Street (LOT 6, 7, and 8 OF THE HOBART ESTATES UNIT NO. 1
SUBDVISION; AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY); and
WHEREAS, Chris Pinson and Brian Stant, owners of Lot 7 and Lot 8, and Brian and Karen
Stant, owners of Lot 6, Hobart Estates, have made application to Indian River County requesting
that the County release the 25 -foot -wide surface drainage easement; and
WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and
interest that it may have in the following described easement(s):
To release the entire 25 -foot -wide surface drainage easement that runs along the rear (north)
portion of lots 6, 7, and 8 of the Hobart Estates subdivision, less and except any portion of the
6 -foot utility easement located on the western portion of lot 8 as shown on the recorded plat.

This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , seconded
by Commissioner Adams , and adopted on the 9 th day of December , 2025,
by the following vote:
Chairman Deryl Loar AYE
Vice -Chairman Laura Moss AYE
Commissioner Joseph H. Earman AYE
Commissioner Susan Adams AYE
Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher AYE
