A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS 2011-072, 2023-044 AND 2024-074
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed Resolution No.
2011-072 on September 13, 2011, appointing the County Attorney Office as monitor of various
Committees; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed Resolution No.
2023-044 on July 11, 2023, relinquishing the County Attorney Office as monitor of various
committees and transferring the responsibility to the Commission Office;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed Resolution No.
2024-074 on December 3, 2024, reappointing the County Attorney Office as Monitor various
Committees;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed Ordinance 2026-
001 assigning the administrative responsibility for Boards and Committees to the County
Administrator.
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the actions authorized by Resolutions Nos. 2011-072,
2023-044, and 2024-072 are no longer needed and it hereby rescinds them.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County.
Section 1. Rescission. Resolution No. 2011-072, adopted on September 13, 2011, is hereby
rescinded.
Section 2. Rescission. Resolution No. 2023-044, adopted on July 11, 2023, is hereby rescinded.
Section 3. Rescission. Resolution No. 2024-074, adopted on December 3, 2024, is hereby
rescinded.
Section 4. Effective Date. This repealing resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Jo s ep_ h E . 1 P s c.h r , and the
motion was seconded by Commissioner D e r y 1 Loar , and, upon being put to a
vote, the vote was as follows:

The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 1' day of
September 2026.
