Tuesday, dune 4th 193bp with the following members of the t3oard presents J.J.k.Hamilton, Chairman; R.B.Blhdge; Frani 4. Vickers; E. P. Poole and Edwin A. Helseth. klso present were uhae A mitchells .att- orney; pm Prick, Sheriff and Miles Warrens Ulerge it was ordered that lei" Mitchell c/o John 1!aoma.s (fol) Fellsmere, bel placed on the pauper list to receive the sun of 46.00 per month until the further orders of the Board. Roy °flims (Col) Gifford, appeared before the Hoard appealing for assistance in having his legs straightened. The Board agreed to give a letter that the sum of X25.00 will be paid towards this operation after the same has been performed. It was ordered that Robert Ely (dol) Wabassos c/o L.B.Osteen be placed on the pauper list to receive the am of X6.00 per month. It was ordered that Jack borton, winter beach, be placed on the pauper list to receive the sum of 810.00 per month. The -.following resolution vis introduced and unanumously adopteds wFEMS9 Rouse Bill #496, adopted by the Legislature of Florlda, and being an .pct regulating and taxing the manufacture, distribution and sale of beverages containing more than one per centum of alcohol, etc., requires that this Board, by resolution entered upon its minutes, fix two regular meeting dates per month for considering applications under said act; THERETOBE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to said act, this hoard does herewith fix the first and third Tuesdays of each month at the hour of 10s00 o'clock A.Y.at the Court House in Vero Beach, Florida, as the two regular meeting dates per month for said purpose; provided that the meeting on the third Tuesday of each month shall be -held upon notice being given to the respective coamni ss ioners by the Clerk of the fact that there are applications under said act to be considered at such meeting, and if there be no appi- cations for consideration, then said meeting of the third Tuesday in each month siaall not be held. The following resolution was introduced by Commissioner Mudge, who moved its adoptions elEl2, the Board of Administration has submitted certain proposals of fixms and corporations to sell to said Hoard of administration certain bonds of the County or Indian Rivers and obligations assumed by said County, under the provisions of house Bill No. 30, .acts of the 1933 Legislatures and uHEMB, after carefully considering all of such proposals, and taking into con. sideration the amount of funds availsble for that purpose, and the approximate value of said bonds, it is deemed advisable and expedient to purchase certain of said bonds and obligatione, to -wits Two (2) at Lucie County ( now Indian Xive r County) 6% quay Bridge District bonds, lens­,Qoupone due June 1, and Dec 1, 1934, at a price of 901, as designated *'A" Two (2) at Lucie County 6% Public Highway bond$, dated Feb 1, 1920 due Feb- is 1943 at a price of 57 flat as -designated aBa TBERSPOEE, BE IT MOWED# that the Board of Administration be requested to pur- chase the foregoing bonds in accordance with the teras of the offerings. The foregoing resolution vms duly seconded by Commissioner Poole and upon being put to a vote the same me unanimously adopted. AM The Chairman and Cleric announced to the hoard that on tray 21st 19359 in accordance with instructions from this Board that full and complete settlement with the Board of County Commissioners of bt midis County, on account of pro -rata debt due for Court House additions of the issue of September let 1923 had been effected and that a total of *10,350.00 in interest coupons and a total of 25 Court House notes of the par value of $19000. each delivered to the Board of county Commissioners of A' tuoie County, and a resolution accepting the some and releasing Indian River County from ate' further liabilit was duly adopted by said Board. it vas ordered that the certified copy of such reso- lution be filed in the public records of this County* All applications for County Depository for the year beginning July let 1935 and ending June 30th 1936 were duly considered, and on motion made, seconded and carried it Was ordered that the BdM2'T 1 Ti0BaL BOK, COCOA,, FLOYiiDA9 be designated County Deposi- tory for the ensuing year for the following -funds: General Revenue Fund Fine & rfiaiture; ft., had, Ito -fid and;.Bridge Fund Mothers Pension Pond Bpecis3, R&S Dist #19 Paint Special h&B Dist #49 .Ida int - Ve-re Bridge District away -Bridge District uabasso Bridge Bi strict Ou tstand ing, I ndeb tedne se fund ;interest & sinking Fund It was further ordered that Depository bond In the sum of 05,000.409 consisting Of United States government securities, be set and approved. The Mothers Pension application of Mrs Maude McLane, Vero Beach, was received and duly considered, and ordered that she be paid the sun of 4;10.00 per month until the fu orders of the Board. It sae ordered that Mrs J. S. Miliken, Sebastian, be placed on the pauper list to receive the sum of 96.00 per month. it was ordered that Hilliard Nelson be placed on the pauper list to receive the ane► off V6.00 per month instead of X4.00 the amount heretofore paid. The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited, vere examined and found correct, were approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. Such bills -and account's being on file in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court. The warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed completely in the supplemental minute book as required by the rules and practice, reference to said record and the lust eo recorded being mode a part of these minutest The County Depository filed Its monthly statements showing the receipts and di ments of the various funds, vOlch having been check over was found to be correct. '&ere being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board then adjourned until Tuesday, June 18th 1935 at 10:00 o'clock A. M. i t airman
