It Vas ordered that any evidence of County wide debt, either Trete or bond be accepted
by the Clerk las payment of delinquent tax®s, as now prescribed to be accepted, and all doral

lodging said evidence of debt' with the Clerk. This older being made under the provisions of
House Bill No. 163 acts of 1935 Legislature.
There being no further business on motion made r seconded and carried the Delinquent
Tax Adjustment Board then adjourned.
