The Delinquent Tax Adjustment Board , of Indian River County, Florida,. met at 4:00` P.Y. w4th the following meanbers. of the Board presents J.J.P.Bamiiton, Chairman; Frank 0. Makers; tt. 1 . ietdge; B. L P. Poole and Bdwin A. »elseth, wNAels constitute the Board of County Conn- #.effiio rs, also w. The owners of land embraced in Tax Certifim►te 788 sale of .1933 for unpaid 1932 taxes having ggreed - to and have mate deed to right -or -way for state read though said land, contia• gent.upon the state and County taxes being paid up, and it appears to be the best interest of the County to have tit `receipt issued upon said land, it was ordered that the tuxes be paid on the basis of 10je on the dollar for all County tastes, and the Clerk cancel the same and render bill to ihI4 ward for the amount due. ;application %si* been made to settle County taxes' against Trot 59 x 37.4 feet of Let$ .g A 9 Block 47., Ci tj of ",Ve f Beach, .for the 'years 1932-°.1933 and 1934 on a basis of 25 cents on the dollars ,creme being 1/3 of Cert. 3669 sale of Bepteuber 1933 for unpaid 1932 taxes, and the Board having thoroughly considered the same, deem it advisable and expedient to accept said :offer and on motion made, seconded and unanimously carried it was ordered that that tion of maid certificate described be cancelled out upon the payment of the State tax in and the County tau on the basis of 25it on the dollar, without iaterest. It Vas ordered that any evidence of County wide debt, either Trete or bond be accepted by the Clerk las payment of delinquent tax®s, as now prescribed to be accepted, and all doral interest be calculated and credit given for the amount of interest due and -unpaid to date of lodging said evidence of debt' with the Clerk. This older being made under the provisions of House Bill No. 163 acts of 1935 Legislature.
