ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Solari, SECONDED by
Commissioner Zorc, the Board unanimously approved the
meeting minutes of the March 20, 2015 Impasse Hearing; and
the Emergency Services District meeting minutes of March 24,
2015, April 7, 2015, and April 14, 2015, as written.

5. New World Systems Records Management and Tracking Software
9:25 (memorandum dated April 30, 2015)

ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED by Vice
Chairman Solari, the Board unanimously approved purchase of
the New World Systems software for the equipment tracking
and inventory control to be used as outlined in the Florida
Department of Health's Bureau of Emergency Medical Services
County Awards grant application approved by Resolution 2014-
01 ESD,' on November 18, 2014.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the Emergency Services District meeting
adjourned at 9:26 a.m.
