sun of 934.40 per appropriated to pay her salary for a period of 2 weeks, she advising that
at the expiration of the two weeks the Federal Authorities would then probably place bar in
the same position. It ahs ordered t#;Lt this mount be appropriated and paid to Miss Btheridge
to not as Nurse during the two weeks.

BE IT NB30LUD that the foregoing wage scale be made a part of aqy contract for the con-
struction of said Indian River County Court House and that all persone, fixats or corporations
engaged in the construction of said Indian River County Court House be required to observe
the foregoing wage scale and pat employees in accordance therewith.
The adoption of the resolution being duly seoonded, upon roll call it was adopted by
the following Tutee Ayes: Commissioners #Olseth; Madge; Poa+93e and iiamilton. Hayes Bone.
Tho resolution was declared.adopted.
It was ordered that Sri Iva H V4jtiks ioelie ere, be restored to the Mothers Pension
list to receive the Bum of 66.00 per month.

It was ordered that Lula j*vis, (001.) Gifford, be placed on the pauper list to receive

Miss Leila M Ba►nkley appeared before the Board and requested an appropriation to purchase
thread to be used in the Community selring rooms under :corks Progress Administration, and the

this expense.

foregoing bonds and obligations in accordance with tae terns of the offerings as submitted.
,*e foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Comis3sioner nudge, and upon being put to
a vote the ssm3te was unanimously adopted.
The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited were exemined. SW
found correct, were approved, and warrants ordered issued in settlement of Same. Such bills
and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court. The warrants so issued
from the respective funds being listed completely in the supplemente►1 ainute book as provided
by the rules and practice of the state .Auditing Uepartmentq reference to said record and the
list iso recorded being made a part of these minutes.
The County Depository filed its monthly report of receipts and disbursements of the
various -funds which having been checked wast found to be correct.

Pursuant to duly adopted motion of adjournment of regular meeting of the Board of
County Commissioners held December 3, 1935, the Bo&rd of County Commissioners of Indian Rimer
County, Florida met in an adjourned regular meeting of said Bmrd at the Indian River County
Court House in Fero Beach, Florida at the hour of 1.00 o v clock P. M. December V. 1935. The
meeting was Balled to order by d. J. P. Hamilton, Chairman, and upon roll call all members of
the Board of County Commissioners, namely, Commissioners, Helseth, Mudge, Poole, Vickers and
Hamilton answered present. Miles Marren, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Clerk of the Board of
County Commissioners, Sheriff William M'. Frick, and County Attorneys, -Tames T. Vooelle and
Chas. A. Mitchell were also present,
It was announced by the Chairman that the time had arrived, namely, 1.00 o1olook
P. M. for the opening of sealed bids filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of Indian River County up to 1.00 o'clock P. M. December 9, 1935 for furnishing all materials
and all labor for the construction of a two story fire -proof County Court House for Indian
