Hamilton, Chairman, and upon roll call all members of the Board of County Commissioners, namely, Commissioners, Helseth, Mudge, Poole, Vickers and Hamilton answered present. Miles Marren, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, Sheriff William M'. Frick, and County Attorneys, -Tames T. Vooelle and Chas. A.
