The Board of County Commissioners, sitting as a :Delinquent Tax adjustment Board ox
said County met at the clerk' a3 office in Vero Beach, Florida,, ut x:30 o' clock P.M. viednesday
March 25th 1936s with the following members or the Board present: J .J.P.Hamiltont Chairman;
Prank C. Vickers; He E. Nudge; E. P. Poole and wdwin a. ttelseth, also present was Miles
warren, Cleric and ueeretaary of said .Delinquent Tax adjustment Board.
,Application haaving been made by Jas. U. Watson, an officer of the Beachland Development
Company, to adjust taxes on all lots owned by his Company, or associates, located in Vero
Beach Estates subdivision, and 0overnment lots owned also on the basis of 25X on the dollar.,
and the saame having been carefully considered, and taxing into consideration the va,si number
of residence lots, and the amount of taxes involved, upon motion made, seconded and carried
it was ordered that the application be approved on that baa.sis.
The Fellaamere bugar Company, represented by J. J. Bustin appeared, and made application
to settle and pay up delinquent taxes on certain tracts of land Located in 'Township 31 South
Range 37 East, neer the Fellsmere sugar Company mill, and it being mode to appear that such
lands are carried on the assessment roll on the basis of X7.00 per acre value, and other
lands adjacent thereto is carried on said assessment roll on the basis of X4.00 per acre
value for taxing purposes, it was ordered that such tax be settled on the basis of 2bX on the
dollar, provided the same is paid within a reasonable length of time from this date.
There being no further business on motion made., seconded and carried the Board then
adjourned.

The Board of County Commissioners, sitting as a Delinquent Tax adjustment Boaa,rd, met wi
the,Becretaary of the Board in special session on :Saturday, March 28th 1936.
Application was mode to pay up the delinquent taxes on lands standing in the name or
T.A.Cla,rke Company as follows: Sections 2--4 & 6 Tp 33 S.R.36 East and Sections 5 & 6 Townshir
33 South Range 37 East, on the basis of 106 of the County Tax. Stich tax to be paid in con-
sideration of a deed to right -of -waxy for state Road X30 and deed to 40 acres of land in
Section 6 Tp 33 S.R.36 East for borrow pit for State Road work.
It was ordered that such tax be paid on the basis of 10 cents on the dollar for all
County taxes.
There being no further business the Board then adjoumned.
