The several bills and accounts against time court having been audited, were examined and
found correct, were approved, and warrants ordered issued in settlement of some, -Such bills
and accounts being on file in the office or the Clerk Circuit Court. The warrants so issued
from the respective funds being listed in the supplemental minute book as required by the
roles of the State Auditing department, reference to said book and the list so recorded being
made a part of these minutes.
`The County depository tiled its monthly statement showing receipts and disbursements of
the several funds, which was found to be correct.
There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board then
adjourned until `t'u esday s May 12th 1936.

1he Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian Kiver County, Florida, met at the
Court House in Vero Beach, at 10:00 o'clock A. H. Tuesday, May 12th 1936, in adjourned sess-
ion with the following members of the Board present: J. J. P. Hamilton, Chaianan; Frank C.
tickers; R. E. Mudge; E. P. Poole and 19dwin A. Helseth. Klso present were wm. Frick,Sh.eriff
and Niles Marren, Clerk.
The Board proceeded to and did name and select the following persons and inspectors and
Clerk of election of the various precincts to hold and conduct the primary election to be held
Tuesdays June 2nd 1936, to -wit:

The Clerk announced the sum of 11,049.00 had been paid in by the various Candidates as
filing fees, which sum was ordered placed in the GEW0AL REVENUE FUND of the County.
The Secretary of State having certified the candidates qualified for National and State
office to this Bogard, it vas ordered that the following named persons be placed on the official
ballot of Indian River County, for the primary election to be held Tuesday, June 2nd 1936
for the offices designated;

It was further ordered that the Clerk prepare the ballots for the several precincts and
prepare the ballot boxes with all laws, ballots, tally books, affidavits and other blanks
necessary for the proper conduct of said primary election to be held Tuesday, June 2nd 1936,
and deliver said ballot boxes so prepared to the Sheriff for distribution to the vareous
precincts of the County.
Application of John srnik and John 'Sadlon for license to deal in intoxicating liquors was
received, and after consideration, was ordered laid over until the meeting in June 1936.
There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board adjourned
until wednesday, June 3rd 1936.
