A letter was received and read, from the f merican Legion Auxiliary endorsing the co,ntinu- a ace of the County home Demonstration Agent for the year Oct let 1966 to wept 30ta 1937. the board took no action as this is now a closed ma'i zer and the new budget year is already "t haude .g; petition was received signed by i 6teWait and others requesting an appropriation for assistance in connection with time exhibit at the Great Luxes kxposition. On motion made, seconded and carried it was ordered that the sum of X450.00 be appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund to assist in financing this exhibit. G. llunberg, appeared before the Board with reverence to road leading from highway to his place. rhe Board agreed to see the Road mperintendent and try and have this road repaired. The several bills and accounts against the county, having been audited, were examined and found correct, were approved, and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. Such bilis and accounts being on file in the office of 'the cleric circuit court. ite warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed in the supplemental minute book as required by the rales and practice of the State Auditing deprartment, reference to said record and the list so records( being made a, part of these minutes. The county Depository filed its monthly statement showing receipts and disbursements os the varkous funds, which having been audited, was found to be correct. The hoard of county ummnissioners of Indian giver county, Florida, met -at the Court house in Vero beach, at 10:00 o'clock A. M.. vtednesday, Gctober 14th 1936,_ in adjourned meeting with the following members of the board present: J.J.r.mmilton, uhaixman; Frank C. Vickers; R.E. Xudge; E. P. Poole and Edwin A. Helseth., also present were Wm Frick, xeriff; James T.Vocelle, Attorney and ni le s Warren, ul erk. it was ordered that Mrs Frances Sloan, Wab€asso, be stricken from the pauper list, as she is now working. It vms ordered that the allowance made to x.B.Porter, Vero Beach, be increased to 012.00 per month from the pauper fund, until the further orders of the Board. The application for liquor license of John Brniz and Anne Sekeras again came before the Board, and after discussing the seine, it was moved, seconded :and carried that action -be defe until a later date. As provided by law the .hoard then proceeded to revised the Registration Books of the C and: the following names were stricken from the registration books for the reason set opposite each namep, to -wit: PRSCINUT . ho . 11 RU L.
