WEDNESDAY, JUNE 23rd., 1937.
The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida_, met at
the Court House in Vero Beach, in regular adjourned session, at 9:00 o'clock A. K. Wed-
nesday, June 23rd., 1937, with the following memembers present; R.E.Mudge, Chairman;
Edwin A. Helseth; Frank C. Vickers and S. E. Glover. Also present were Wm. Frick, Sheriff,
Chas. A. Kitchell, Attorney for the Board and Douglas Baker, Clerk. Absent, E. P. Poole.
Considerable discussion and consideration was made and given to the preparation
of the budget for the year 1937-1938.
It was ordered that a warrant in the sum of $1515.91 and payable to the Pauly Jail
Company be drawn on the Outstanding Indebtedness Fund for settlement in full for all claims
held against Indian River County in connection with issuance of Time Warrants and constructi
of Jail.
There being no further business on motion made seconded and carried the Board then
adjourned untill the regular meeting to be held in July, which shall be the first Monday in
July, as provided by law.

MONDAY. JULY 5th., 1937.
The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court at Vero Beach, in the County of Indian River, on this the 5th.
Day of July, 1937, and the following County Commissioners were present; R. E. -Mudge,
Chairman; E. P. Poole, S. E. Glover, Edwin A. Helseth and Frank C. Vickers.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court having prepared estimates of the revenue and receipts
from sources other than from taxes to be levied, reasonably to be expected from the first
day of October 1937 to the 30th day of September 1938, the said estimates having been prop-
erly verified under oath were ordered spread upon the minutes of the Board and the original
to be filed as part of the records of the Board, and is in words and figures as follows: -
