The County Depository filedcits monthly statement, showing receipts and disbursments of the various funds which having been audited were found to be correct. There being no further business the Board on motion made, seconded and carried, adjourned to meet on ;-Mondayv October 4th., 1937 at 9:30 o'clock A.M. The Board of County Commissioners met at the hour of 9330 o'eloek A..M., Monday October 4, 1937, for the purpose of receiving the tau assessment roll of Indian River County for the year 1937. There being no quorum present the meeting was thereupon adjourned for lack of quorum to Tuesday morning October 5th., at the hour of 9:30 o'clock A. M. a C a rman. M„ Tuesday, October 5th., 19370 in regular meeting with the following members of the Board present, R. Be Mudge, Chairman; Be P. -Poole, S, Be Glover, .and Frank C. Vickers, absent Edwin A. Relseth. Also present were Charles A. Mitchell, Attorney for the Board, Wmi Frick, Sheriff, and Douglas Baker, Clerk. The minutes of August 17th., and September 6th., were read and approved. It was announced by the Chairman that the time had arrived, namely 9:30 o'cloc4 A. M., for the opening of sealed bids in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, up to 9:30 A. M. Tuesday, October 5th., 1937, for the sinking and driv- Ing of approximately 144 piling at Minter Peach bridge, and repaid and construction of fenders of said bridge, as invited by public notice published in the Vero Beach Press -Journal, a new- spaper of general circulation, published at Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida., and sworn proof of the said publication of said public notice being herewith filed and reading as follows, to -wit: 1 1
