Vickers and unanimously carried the Board agreed to sell Mr. S. B. Commissioner W..C' Graves, Jr., introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, to -wit: BE IT RESOLVER by the Board of County Commissioners' 'of .Indian River County, I'lorida, in session dilly assembled: T: That this Board hereby elects to invoke, and does hereby acoept'-and- aidopt- the provisions of Chapter 15891, Laws of Florida, Acts of.1933, commonly known.as thb "Kanner Bill as reenacted by Section 1 of -Chspter 19399, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1939', -In serfar as the latter act reenacts -lettered para4raphs (a) to (g) inclusive, of said Act of'1933";'but in -no manner accepting,. or approving, or.adopting.any additional provisions added:by the said Act of 1939. Projects in Indian River County. It was ordered the -Board furnish Mrs. Mabel P. Johnson two tires and tubes for her automobile in connection with the W.P.A. Housekeeping Aid Project. The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited were eaami and found correct, were approved and warrants ordered issued in the -settlement of same.
