CONDEMATION ROAD0 RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in the cause of Indian River County et al vs John Eiben at al, defendants,
pending in the Cirouit.Court in and.for Iudian.River County., Florida, a Tudgment was entered
on the 19th day of August, 1941 wherein an award was made in behalf of certain defendants in
said cause to be paid by the Petitioners in said..cause in the amount of $2355.00 plus costs in
amount of $20.35 as full compensation, including attorney's fees, for the appropriation by said
Petitioners of certain properties for road right-of_iway..purposes for State Road No. 30 in
River County and which road right-of-way is for a public purpose and a County purpose in that
the same is to be used in the construction and improvement of a State road in said County;
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman and Clerk of this Board be, and they are, hereby
directed and uathorized to draw and issue the warrant of Indian River County upon its -road and
bridge fun in the amount of $2365.00 plus costs in amount of $20.35 payable to and to be deliv-
ered to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida for the use and benefit
of the defendants in said proceeding and to whom such award was made; that the amount of said
warrant be and it is herewith appropriated from said fund for such purpose.

Motion was duly seconded by Drank C. Vickers and upon being put to a vote the same was unanim-
ously adopted.
It was ordered that the bill from Jewett Apprisial Service in the sum of $125.00,for
service rendered in the condemnation case on Road No. 30,be approved and paid.
There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and carried the Board then
ad jorned until 10:00 A. M. Monday, August 25, 1941.

The Board of County Commissioners having adjorned its meeting of August 21, 1941 for
the purpose of meeting with the County Assessor of Taxes of Indian -River County, Florida, and
therefore no quorum of said Board being present the board stood adjo d to August 26, 1941.
