Mothers Pension application for Nora Lee Rogers, 833 19th place, Vero Beach, was approved for the sum of $10.00 per month, until Mr. doe Rogers is phyically able to resume i his work. The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were ex- amined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The Warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book,. as provided by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so re- corded being made a part of these minutes. Tuesday, September 15, 1942, in special meeting with the following members of the Board present: C. S. Michael, Chairman; Albert 0. !I 1 Helseth, S. E. Glover, Frank C. Vickers and W. C. Graves, Jr. Also present were Charles A. y' i Mitchell, Attorney, and Douglas Baker, Clerk. I If The Chairman announced this meeting was held for the purpose of receiving liquor license applications and such othebusinesa as might be properly brought before this Board. Application Of David McGill, Colored, Fellsmere for license to sell intoxicating i liquor, wines -and beer was received and after carefully considering the same, and upon re- commendation of the City Officials of Fellsmere, on motion made, seconded and carried the same was approved. On motion made by W. C. Graves, Jr. seconded by Albert 0. Helseth and unanimously carried the Board granted the Ration $oaid #32-1, Vero Beach, permission to occupy the two North west rooms upstairs in the County Court House, until further notice. I� The Board of County commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met at the Court House in Vero Beach at 10:00 o' clock A. M. Wednesday September 30, 1942, in special meeting with the following members of the Board present: C. S. Michael, Chairman; W. C. Grages, Jr., Albert 0. Helseth, S. E. Glover and Frank C. dickers. Frick, Sheriff and Douglas Baker, Clerk. �14 The Chairman announced this meeting was called for the purpose of adopting resolut- dt ions with regard to transferring items which had a surplus to items which were over expended in the General Revenue, Road and Bridge and Fine and Forfeiture Funds, as follows; RBSOLUTION Commissioner S. E. Glover introduced the following resolution and moved its adopt - tion, to -wit: WHEREAS, there is a surplus under the items of numbers 1-218; 241; 1-241; 1-261; 262;I - 1-563 and 699 in the General Revenue Fund of Indian River County and which surplus exists after,, the payment of all necessary expenditures under such items for the current fiscal year; and WHEREAS, there is a deficiency in funds necessary,to provide for the proper and an- thorized expenditures under the items of numbers 211; 212; 221; 224; 225; 2-241; 3-241; 4-241; 261; 1-269; 271; 318; 341; 1-341; 361; 362; 562; 2-563 and 3-563 in said General Revenue Fund;'; and WHEREAS, said items mentioned are a part of the same Fund and the transfer of monies i herewith authorizdd is a transfer from one item to another item in the same Fund and is not a transfer from one Fund to another Fund; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED that there is herewith transferred the sum of $3078.65 from the items'' of numbers 1-219; 241; 1--241; 1-261; 262; 1-563 and 699 to the items of numbers 211; 212; 221;, 224; 225; 2-241; 3-24.1; 4-241; 261, 1-269; 271; 319; 341; 1-341; 361; 362; 562; 2-563 and 3-563, all in the General Revenue Fund of the current budget of Indian River County, upon the approval of the State Comptroller.
