Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed.in the Supplemental. Minute Book, as provided by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so re- corded being made a part of these minutes. r The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and disburse- ments of the various funds, which having been audited were found to be oorreot. There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and carried the board then :adjourned to meet at 1Ot00 o'clock A. M. October 14.-142 The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met at the Court House in Vero Beaoh at 10:00 o'clock A. M. Wednesday, October 14, 19429 in a regular a4journed meeting with the following members of the Board present: C. S. Miehael, Chairman: W. C. Graves, Jr., Albert 0. Helseth., S'. E. Glover and Frank C. Vickers. Also present were Charles A. Mitchell, Attorney to the.Board,-Wm. W. Friok, Sheriff and Douglas Baker, Clerk, It was ordered that the Clerk of this Board prepare the ballot for the General Election and he was instructed to.have printed thereon all names of candidates certified by - the Secretary of State and all candidates certified by the County Canvasing Board of the Democratic Party for County and District offices, as well as all constitutional amendments certified by Secretary of State be printed thereon, as well as blank spaces where no nominee has been filed for an office. Hon. Geh. T. Tippin, Supervisor of Registration, was instructed "to *rite Hon. R. A. Gray, Secretary of State, with regard to publishing the list of qualified eleotors. As provided by law the Board then proceeded to revise the registration books of the County as follows, to -wit: Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida have met as provided by law -and examined and revised the registration books of said County and have erased therefrom the names of all such as have died or removed from the County or from one District to another in the County or who are otherwise disqualified to vote and that a list of the names that have been erased or taken from the registration books of each District in said County, either by the Supervisor of Registration or said Board of County Commissioners is hereinafter listed as follows: PRECINCT #1 Boyd, S. The Board of County Commissioners of.Indian River County, Florida, met at the I' Court House in Vero Beach at 10:00 o'clock A. M. Tuesday, October 27, 19429 in special meet- ing with the following members of the Board present: Albert O. Helseth, Chairman Pro Tem; W, C. Graves, Jr. S. E. Glover and Frank 0. Vickers. Absent: C. S. Michael, Chairman. Also present were Charles A. Mitchell, Attorney to the Board, Vm. W. Frick, Sheriff and Douglas Baker, Cleric. Chairman Pro Tem Helseth advised this meeting was called for the purpose of oondid-► erinig a request from the 11. S. Coast Guard for permission, to erect barracks on property owned by the County on the peninsula, said land being on the north side of the Wabasso Bridge Road. Also present at this meeting were Mr. A. B. Michael of Wabasso and J. L. Gray, Boatswain, USCG, Ft,, Pierce, Fla, who explained the purpose for which the request in building maid barracks is being made.
