The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met at the Court 1 • House in Vero Beach at 4:00 P. M. Tuesday, December 29, 1942, in special meeting with the following, -members of the Board present: C. S. Miobael, Chairman; Albert 0. Helseth, Frank C. Vickers, W. C. Graves, Jr., and S. F. Glover. Also present were Charles A, Mitchell, Attor- goy to the Board, atm. W. Frick, Sheriff and Douglas Baker, Clerk. The Chairman announced this meeting was called for the purpose of considering a communication from the R. B. Crummer and Company with regards to the. Account of Special Road and Bridge District J4 in Iridian River County. After discussion, on motion made by W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Frank C. Vickers and unanimously carried the Board approved payment in the sum of $3,125.00 from the Special vi Road and Bridge District #4 Maintenance fund to R. E. Cromer and Company in full payment and satisfaction of the amount due them as commission or fees in the refunding of Special Road and Bridge District #4 bonds dated January 1, 1941 csee their letter dated December 31, 19421, acknowledging receipt of said payment).
