`of Hero Beach regarding the purchase of the cities interest in lot 28, Block 35, Original Town,:
and to find out the amount of actual cash the city had invested in saidproperty and that the
county would be willing to pay this amount to the city.
It was ordered that the men employed by the Road and Bridge Department receive an j
:increase of 5¢ per hour, thereby aggregating 55¢ per hour for their services.

It was ordered that the minutes recite the receipt of the schedule or list of all
lands duly certified to the Board under Chapter 22079, Laws of Florida, .Acts of 1943.
Pursuant to Chapter 220?9, Laws of Florida, Douglas Baker, Clerk Circuit Court, de-
,livered to the Board of County Commissioners the schedule or list duly certified by such Clerk
of all lands upon which tax certificates were issued at the County Tax Collector's sale of de- i'
�linquent taxes held kugugt 4, 1941, and on all such lands as were bid off by such Tax CollecJ1
and which taxes have not been redeemed or purchased. Such schedule or list of lands being on
file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court being listed in the Supplemental Minute
Book reference to such record and the list or schedule so recorded being made a art of these

The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were examined
and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such bills and
accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the Warrants so issued
;from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book, as provided by the rul
of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being made a part of
these minutes. a
The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and disbursements
',of the various funds, which having been audited were found to be correct.
There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried, the Board then
,adjourned until 4:00 o'clock P. M., Saturday, November 20, 1943•

:Vero Beach, at 4:00 o'clock P. M. Saturday, November 20, 1943, in regular adjourned meeting wi
the following membexs of the Board present: W. C. Graves, Jr., Chairman: Albert 0. Helseth, Fra
C. Vickers and G. E. Barkoskie. Absent: S. E. Glover. Also present were Charles A. Mitchell,
Attorney for the Board, and Douglas Baker, Clerk.

Chairman Graves announced this meeting was held for the purpose of receiving sealed w
;bids for the purchase of One hydraulic operated trail builder or bulldozer with angle blade to

mount on D-4 wide gauge caterpillar tractor, price f.o.b. Vero Beach, including service installal
;'-tion, and such other business as might be properly brought before the Board.
