M. Lee, Comptroller, Tallahassee, Florida. It was ordered Melba ftymes be removed from the Mother`s Pension Fund, effective December let neat. On motion made by Commissioner Glover. -seconded by Commissioner Relseth and unanimously carried, application of Frances Jackson of 'Fero Beach for admission to the Florida State Tuber- culosis Sanitarium, Orlando, was approved. It was ordered that Nudge Cobb be authorized to �urohese marriage license book No. 9. On motion made by Commissioner Barkoskie, seconded by Commissioner Vickers and unanimously carried, N. Z. Carter, County Nnginser, was authorized to have the county trucks to haul dirt in or near the school for the school garden club problem. A letter -.gas received from B. L. Holman and read to the Board with regard to the easement in connection with Blois Cypress Luse and after oousidarable discussion, Chairman Graves author- ized R: H. g0ter, Counter Bugi.neer, to comply with the count.sportion of the agreement and far - then that Clerk Baker and Attorney Mitchell contact aid write a letter to B. Commissioner !Glover introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption as ,follows, to -wit: WHEREAS, under date of aanuary 21, 1938 the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County adopted a Resolution providing for the disposition of an indebtedness due from In-' dian River County to St. Lucie County, and rising from the creation of -Indian River County froI territory previously constituting part of St. Lucie County; and, I!
