EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT
MEETING MINUTES
The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District (ESD) met at the County
Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April' 1, 2014.- Present
were Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, and Commissioners Joseph E. 'Flescher, Bob Solan, and Tim
Zorc. Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis was absent. Also present were County Administrator
Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney Dylan Reingold, and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair Allen.
Chairman O'Bryan called the meeting to order at 12:18 p.m.

RETAINAGE TO BATH .CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF TIIEERSDBUILDING'
ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by
Commissioner Flescher, the Board by a 4-0 vote (Vice
Chairman Davis absent) approved the final payment in the
amount of $56,795.25 to Barth Construction, Inc., for
construction of the Receiving Supplies and Distribution
(RSD) building, as recommended in the memorandum of
March 17, 2014.

OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the Emergency Services District
meeting adjourned at 12:19 p.m.
