ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED by Vice
Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously approved the minutes of
December 3, 2013 as written.
2:07 2. Attorney for Indian River County Environmental Control Hearing
Board
(memorandum dated July 1, 2014)
Environmental Control Officer Cheryl Dunn briefed the Board
on the proposal to hire Attorney Jennifer D. Peshke to represent
the Indian River County Environmental Control Hearing Board.

ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED by
Commissioner Solari, the Board unanimously approved the hiring
of Attorney Jennifer D. Peshke to represent the Indian River
County Environmental Control Hearing Board on a month -to -

month basis, and authorized the Chairman to execute the Legal
Services Agreement with Attorney Peshke.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 2:08
