ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by Vice
Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously approved the Solid
Waste Disposal Meeting Minutes of February 2, 2016, and
February 9, 2016, as written.

3. Work Order CCNA-2014 WO No. 4 to Geosyntec for One Year of
Groundwater Monitoring/Reporting and Related Consulting Services at
the Former South Gifford Road Landfill
(memorandum dated February 18, 2016) 313-329

Commissioners O'Bryan and Solari asked that the next time this
item is brought to the Board, that staff provide information on
when the requirement by the Florida Department of Environmental
Protection (FDEP) of groundwater monitoring will come to an end.
ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher, SECONDED by
Chairman Solari, the Board unanimously approved and authorized
the Chairman to execute CCNA-2014 Work Order No. 4
authorizing Geosyntec Consultants to provide groundwater
monitoring/reporting and related consulting services for the former
Gifford Road Landfill in compliance with the Florida Department
of Environmental Protection requirements for a period of one year,
not to exceed the fee of $88,674.00.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at 4:59 p.m.
