Moody, Tex Collector, the Board authorized the painting of the Interior of the Tax Collector's Office to cost approximately $125.00. j Motion was made by Commissioner Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Helseth, and unanimously d j carried. ii The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited, were ezamined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the Warrants so, tasued iI G f from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental BBinute Book, As provided by the rules 'of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so r4corded� being made a part of these -minutes. Tuesday, March 2, 19489 in regular meetl� with i` the fo34owing members' of the Board presents W. C. Graces, Jr., Chairman; Albert O. ,Helseth, J. L. Helpling, S. R.V Glove, and Trema C. Vickers. Also present were Charles A. Mitchell' Attorney; L. B. O'Steen, Sheriff; R. R. Carter, County EngiAeer; and Douglas Baker$ Clerk# Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The Bard authorized the purchase of a City of Vero Beach Map for the Tax Assessor's office to cost the stmt" of $26.00. Notary Public Bond for J. R. Jamison in the sum of $500.00 with Massachusetts j'i Bonding and Insurance.Company of Boston, Mass* as surety was approved by Douglas Baker, Clerk `Circuit Court as provided by law. Pursuant to foregoing Notice Inviting Bids for furnishing drag -line bucket, no bids were received to date. The Board selected W. C. Graves, Jr. as representative from Indian River County to the Flood Control Committee of Florida. County Agent M. A. Boudet submitted a report of his .activities for the month of January, likewise a plan of work for 1948. Said reports were ordered filed with the Clerk. I i Mrs. Maude Lambert, County Nurses appeared before the Board and made a report of her activities for the month of January. Said.report was received and ordered.ftled with the Clerk;;.
