and Aubrey L. Waddell. Absents H. C. Watts, Also present were Charles A.- Mitchells Attorney;
rE. E. Carters Road and Bridge Superintendent; L. B. O'Steen' Sherif-,f; and Douglas Bakers Clerk..

I'stated that they had received their commissions evidencing the fact that they wer+eduly elected

Jthis times the Board then proceeded in the order of new business* �1

"unanimously carrieds W. C. Gravess Jr* was elected to serve as!' chaipman for the ensuing year*
Chairman Graves then took over the chairs and it was m6"d by Commissioner Stewarts ;!

serve as chairman pro -tem for the ensuing year*;
