The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were 4�
examined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such
bills and accounts being on filecan the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the
Warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book,
IC
e
as provided by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so
recorded being made a part of these minutes.
The County Depository filed its monthly statement, shoving receipts and disburse-
ments of the various funds, which having been audited were found to be correct.

There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried, the Board

then adjourned.

The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met at the Court House in
Vero Beach, Florida, at 10:00 A. M., Wedn®sd y4l.-May;'45J ,-1949t in special meeting with the
following members presents W. C. Graves, Jr., Chairman; Tom N. Stewart, and Aubrey Waddell.
Absent: H. C. Watts and J. L. Helpling. Also present were Charles A. Mitchell, Attorney,

and Douglas Baker, Clerk.
Chairman Graves announced this meeting was held for the purpose of reviewing
beverage license applications and such other business as might be properly brought before
the Board.
Application for beverage license Series 10-C Club license to sell to members and
non-residdntrguests only of B. P. 0. E., Vero Beach Lodge No. 17749 corner of 12th Avenue
and 26th Street, Vero Beach, Florida was approved.
Notary Public Bond for Ophelia K. Bailey in the sum of $500.00 with Fireman's
Fund Indemnity gompany as surety was approved May 11, 1949, by Dou&s Baker, Clerk Circuit
Court as provided by law.
There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried, the Board
then ad j ourned.

The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County iet at the Court House in
Vero Beach, Florida, at 10:00 A. M., Tuesday, June 79 1949, in regular meeting with the
following members of the Board presents J. L. Helpling, Chairman Pro -Tem; Tom N. Stewart,
Aubrey L. Waddell and H. C. Watts. Absent: Chairman W. C. Graves, Jr. Also present were
Charles A. Mitchell, Attorney,; Sheriff L. B. O'Steen, and Douglas Baker, Clerk.
On.motion duly made, seconded and carried the minates of the previous meetings
were read and approved as read.
Alice Helleso from the County Health Unit appeared before the Board regarding
child of Mrs. Chastain, and the case was referred to Commissioner Waddell.
Mrs. Dell Datgneau of Sebastian appeared before the Board requesting assistance
for her family, and this was referred to Commissioner Watts,
