RESOLUTION
SCHOOL DISTRICT OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
NO. 2006-03
Be it resolved by the School Board of Indian River County, Florida that, Ann
Reuter and Lenora Quimby are hereby appointed to serve on the
Indian River County Value Adjustment Board
And that Chairman, Hughes; and Vice Chairman, Kathryn A. Wilson, will serve as
alternates effective: January 1, 2006 -December 31, 2006.
Be it further resolved that, the Members of the Board or their respective
alternates shall receive such per diem compensation as is allowed by law for
state employees. This provision shall be effective only upon the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, passing a similar resolution. The
two resolutions combined shall have the effect of an election by the two bodies to
allow for compensation as provided by law (Chapter 194, Florida Statutes).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have, in an open and regularly scheduled meeting in
Vero Beach, hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of School District of
Indian River County to be affixed this 13th day of December, in the year of our
Lord, 2005.

I, Thomas Maher, as Superintendent of Schools and as Secretary of the Indian
River County School Board, do hereby certify the foregoing to be an original
resolution regularly adopted by the School Board of Indian River County, Florida,
at the regular School Board meeting of said Board on the 13th of December
2005, to be recorded in Minute Book No. 28.
