WHEREAS.this BOARD has the authority to file a Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund Grant
Application and to undertake a transportation disadvantaged service project as authorized by Section 427 01 Sg,
Florida Statutes.and Rule 41-2, F.&C.,
NOW.THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD THAT:
I. The BOARD has the authority to file this grant application.
2., The BOARD authorizes Robert to. Keating, A ICP to file

The recipient hereby assures and certifies that:
(1) The recipient will comply with the federal,state and local statutes,regulations,executive orders, and
