receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien. remise, release.
convey and confirm unto the grantee forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand \\ hich
the said grantor has in and to the following described parcel of land to wit.
The sketch and legal description are attached as Exhibit "A"
This Corrective County Deed corrects and clarifies the legal description in the previous deed
recorded at Official Records Book 2208, Pages 1742 through 1744, Public Records of Indian
River County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has caused these presents to he
executed in its name by its Board of County Commissioners, acting by the Chairman of said Board,
the day and year aforesaid.
