M., Tuesday, October 24, 1950, in regular adjourned meeting with the following members presents W. C. Graves, Jr., Chairman; Tom N. Stewart, Aubrey L. Waddell and. Sylvester Woods. Absents H. C. Watts. Also present were E. E. Carter, Road and Bridge Superintendent, George Heath, Attorney from the firm of Mitchell, Smith & Mitchell, and Douglas Bake Clerk. MacDonald After careful consideration in the matter on motion made by Commissioner Stewart, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and carried, the Board accepted the bid of the Standard Con- crete Company. TO THE HON. BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER CO., VERO BEACH, FLORIDA. Gentlemen: I, W. A. Siewert, of the County of Indian River State of Florida, being the owner of Tax Sale Certificate No. 23 dated the 1st day of June 1946, in the sum of $1.21 covering the following described property to -wit: Tract 1328 (less E. 175 ft.), Twp. 31 S., Rge. 37 E. hereby make application to your Honorable Body to issue a duplicate Tax Sale Certificate in lieu of the original described herein for the following reasons: (1) That said Tax Sale Certificate was purchased by me at the regular sale of 1946 for which I paid the sum of $1.21. (2) That said Tax Sale Certificate, or any interest therein, has not been hypothe- cated, sold, assigned, transferred or delivered by me and I have received no consideration therefor. (3) That .said Tax Sale Certificate has been lost or destroyed and that I have made diligent search and am unable to locate said certificate (4) That if duplicate Certificate is issued in lieu thereof and the original should at any time be located,the same will be surrendered to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River ounty for cancellation. • 1 • • • • 1 (5) That I, W.
