RENEWAL OF ANNUAL
PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING & MAPPING/GIS SERVICES AGREEMENT
This shall serve as mutual consent to extend the Agreement between Indian River County
and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for Professional Surveying & Mapping Services from
October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016.
All provisions of the original agreement, approved October 1, 2013 and as amended
October 7, 2014 shall remain in full force and effect. The attached fee schedule (Exhibit "A")
shall remain in effect from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016.
