WHEREAS, Indian River County has a drainage and utility easement on Lot 3, Block 1, of

WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:

Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
