A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 6, BLOCK 3, IDLEWILD co
SUBDIVISION NO.2
WHEREAS, Indian River County has a drainage and utility easement on Lot 6, Block 3, of
Idlewild Subdivision No 2; and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
This release of easement is executed by Indian River County. a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor. to
WELLS, NORMAN

VERO BEACH, FL 32966
successors in interest, heirs and assigns, Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easement(s):
the southern one fool portion of the northern lett;lool side lot drainage and MUM,
easement of Lot 6, Block 3, Idlewild .Subdivision Unit No. 2. according to the plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 82 of the Public Records oy hulian River Counly,
Florida.
