WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida has established an Affordable Housing Program under aegis of the
State of Florida SHIP Progaml and
WHEREAS, parsons benefitted by the SHIP loan program will often
have occasion to refinance or pay off their mortgagees and
WHEREAS, such transactions and accompanying documentation is
administrative in nature and does not require the attention of the Board of
County Commissioners and
VEZRRAS, closings of property are often on deadlines not
consistent with the scheduled meetings of the Board of County Commissioners
NOW, THEREFORZ, DR IT RESOLVED BY TBE BOARD OF CODHTY
COIEQ89IONE!!8 OF 30MIM RZUR CODETi, FLORIDA that the Indian River County
Community Development Director or his designee is hereby delegated authority
to execute any and all Subordination or Satisfactions of Mortgage with
respect to SHIP Affordable Housing loans.
This resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert
,
and the motion was seconded by Commissioner TiRpin, and, upon being put to
a vote, the vote was as followst

The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and
adopted this 6 day of February, 1996.
