Situated in the State of Florida, County of Indian River, City of Vero Beach, and being a
part of Section 3, Township 32 South, Range 39 East and being more particularly bounded and
described as follows.
Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 3, Township 32 South, Range 39 East;
Thence south 00°00'47" west along the west line of said Section 3 for a distance of
1276.01 feet;
Thence south 89°595'13" east for a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the east right-
of-way of 43rd Avenue, said point also being the Point of Beginning of the Right -of -Way
Parcel to be granted;
Thence from the Point of Beginning run south 07°48'44" east for a distance of 139.55
feet to a point Tying 19.00 feet east of the existing 43rd Avenue right-of-way;
Thence south 00°00'47" west and parallel with the existing 43rd Avenue right-of-way
for a distance of 75.08 feet;
