WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below; and

RELEASE OF'EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, in coordination with interested entities, County staff has determined that the retention of those
easements serves no public purpose; and
WHEREAS, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners, at its regular meeting on November 9,
1993, adopted Ordinance 93-34, which amended County Code Section 101.05 to authorize the County Administrator or
his designee, after proper coordination with interested entities, to execute releases of side or rear lot easements that are
found to serve no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENTS IS EXECUTED on behalf of the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801
27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easements:
the east five (5) foot drainage and utility easement of Lot 4 and the west five (5) foot drainage and utility
easement of Lot 5, Block 2, Tropical Village Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 94
1/2, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has caused these presents to
