WHEREAS, the retention of a portion the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian

Block 147, Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision, Unit 4, according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 38, of the Public Records of Indian River County.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Ginn , seconded
